Hi Class 8 … and families

I’m really missing seeing you everyday and hearing about your wonderful weekend news. Are you doing the Joe Wicks PE lessons every day? – I am!

I’m also going out into my garden each day as staying in all the time is quite boring. I really want to get back to school to see you all and to finish reading The Twits – have any of you read it with a grown-up whilst you’ve been off?

Keep working hard at some of the activities below but remember your grown-ups might have some other activities to do as well.

All my love

Mr G X

Please feel free to complete some or all of these tasks with your child. The most important thing is that your child is happy and well so if there are days when it is better to play outside, read stories and play games then please do this.

Try and listen to your child read each day if you can. Follow the link below to the Oxford Owl site where you will find an electronic library of reading books.

I have tried to include a daily maths lesson and English lesson for all children and a either a grammar, punctuation or a spelling lesson for Year 2 and Phonics for Year 1.

For foundation subjects, please feel free to work through these at your own pace over the next few weeks. Details of these can be found at the end of this document.

Have fun learning😊
